Sidewall Tyres is responsible for the information you submit through this website.

What we collect

• Your tyre size, quantity, requested route and tyre preferences.
• A vehicle registration when you choose to provide one.
• A sidewall photograph when you choose to upload one.
• Limited campaign information that tells us which page or advert led to your enquiry.

Why we use it

We use this information to take steps at your request before you decide whether to enter a contract.

We use the information to assess fitment, prepare and discuss the requested quote, and protect the form from misuse.

Where it is held

Cloudflare provides website hosting, connection security and the private storage used for enquiry records and sidewall photographs.

Sidewall photographs are private. They are not publicly readable and are available only to authorised administrators handling the enquiry.

We use Cloudflare to host and secure this website. Cloudflare may process personal data outside the UK and uses recognised transfer safeguards, including the UK extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses where applicable.

How long we keep it

We retain an enquiry that does not become an order for 90 days.

We retain a sidewall photograph for 30 days. A photograph can be removed sooner when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, or an objection to our use of your information where those rights apply. If consent is the basis we use, you can withdraw it at any time.

You can privacy enquiries to make a request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
