Why some orders qualify and others do not

Tyres are bulky, and carrier charges for a single tyre can be close to the value of a budget tyre itself. Rather than advertise a national price we cannot honour, we check each order and only offer delivery where it genuinely works.

Pairs and sets usually travel better than single tyres, because the carrier cost is shared across more items. Larger and specialist sizes can fall outside a carrier's limits.

• how many you are ordering
• the delivery address and whether the carrier serves it normally

What to expect

Delivered tyres arrive unfitted, so you will need to arrange fitting locally. If you would rather we handled that too, our Bradford fitting service covers the whole job in one price.

We give you the expected timescale and the carrier when we approve your quote, and we confirm dispatch when your order leaves us. We do not display countdowns or delivery promises we have not checked.

Changing your mind

Buying online gives you cancellation rights, and returning a bulky item such as a tyre has practical consequences for both of us. Our cancellation and returns information sets out exactly how this works, including who arranges collection and what condition returned tyres need to be in.
