Why it is not published yet
A policy is only useful if it describes what we will actually do. Ours depend on facts still being settled: our legal business identity, our correspondence and returns address, our supplier and carrier terms, and our insurance cover. Rather than publish plausible-looking wording we cannot yet stand behind, we are stating plainly that it is unfinished.
The complete policy, with the specific timescales and contact details it needs, will be published here before Sidewall Tyres accepts any order or payment. Nothing on this site creates a contract in the meantime.
